Li
Requesting approval to construct a Burger King Restaurant
and playground contained within the project. The restaurant
will contain approximately 3,074 square feet. Located at
the southwest corner of Los Angeles Avenue and Moorpark
Avenue. The site fronts Los Angeles Avenue.
Requesting continuance to November 12, 1986.
b. Safety Element of the Moorpark General Plan
The revision of the Safety Element of the General Plan.
C. Development Plan Permit No. DP -348 Epi Silos /Sterling Sto
A request to approve a 47,400 square foot self storage facility
on a 61,700 square foot (1.4 acre) site. Located on Los
Angeles Avenue west of Shasta Avenue and east of Goldman
Avenue.
d. Development Plan Permit No. DP -354 Mark Annotti
The applicant is requesting approval to construct a 12,000
square foot mini warehouse. Located on Goldman Avenue between
Maureen Lane and Shasta Avenue.

e. Planned Development Permit No. PD -1060 City of Moorpark
The City of Moorpark is requesting approval to construct
a new City Hall facility which will encompass 5,080 square
feet. The project is located on Moorpark Avenue south of
Wicks Road north of the railroad crossing and next to the
Community Center.

Requesting approval of a Major Modification to an approved
Planned Development, including site, elevations and access.
Located on northwest corner of High Street and Moorpark Avenue.
