- Raymond Caren
Commercial Planned Development Permit for an existing 11,760 square foot
building previously an industrial building now zoned for commercial use.
Located at 111 -165 Poindexter Avenue.
b. Amendment to the Sign Ordinance
Revise the Sign Ordinance regarding Real Estate Subdivisional Directional
(off -site) Signs.
Continued from May 4, 1987. Staff recommendation to continue to July 20, 1987.
C. Planned Development Permit No. 1062 = Embassy Group, Inc.
Requesting approval to construct a 31,560 sq.ft. commercial center on the
northwest corner of Moorpark Road and Tierra Rejada Road.
Those who wish to address the Moorpark Planning Commission on any item are required
to fill out a Speaker's Card, and present it to the Secretary "prior" to the item
being heard of they may not be heard.

Requesting approval to construct a 3,090 sq.ft. convenience store located on
the northwest corner of Moorpark Road and Tierr Rejada Road.
e. Land Division Moorpark No. 11 - Embassy Group, Inc.
Requesting approval to subdivide a 4.47 acre site into 2 lots, located on the
northwest corner of Moorpark Road and Tierra Rejada Road.
f. General Plan Update - City of Moorpark - SCHEDULING
The Planning Commission will conduct a public meeting for the purpose of
soliciting citizen comments regarding the proposed update to the Land Use and
i Circulation (traffic) Elements of the City's General Plan.
8. PUBLIC HEARINGS (New Business)
a. Development Plan Permit No. 392 Cabot, Cabot, & Forbes
Requesting development of a light industrial facility in the Moorpark Business
Center of a 202,656 square foot building to be used for office, manufacturing
and warehouse. Located at 6080 Condor Drive, east of Los Angeles Avenue (Lot
7).

a. 2nd Draft Residential Building Permit Allocation System
Consideration of a draft staff proposed Residential Development Management
System so as to implement Measure F (a ballot measure limiting the number of
residential dwelling units to be constructed within a calendar year.
