PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ROLL CALL Immediately following roll call a joint meeting will be held between the City Council and the Planning Commission for the purpose of a discussion re: Role of the Planning Commission. PUBLIC COMMENTS APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of July 6, 1987 Minutes of August 3, 1987 Minutes of August 17, 1987 CONSENT CALENDAR A. Zone Change No. 2813 - TOPA Management Partnership A request to change the zone from TPO (Trailer park Development) to C -2 (General Commercial). Resolution No. PC -87 -149 recommending to the City Council a change from TPD (Trailer Park Development) to CPD (Commercial Planned Development) with conditions. B. Planned Development Permit No. 1064 - TOPA Manaqement Partnership A proposed 27, 594 square foot retail shopping center in three (3) separate buildings. Located on the southwest corner of Moorpark Road and New Los Angeles Avenue. Resolution No. PC -87 -150 recommending to the City Council denial on PD No. 1064. Final action unless appealed. a Requesting a 1,440 square foot church sanctuary, and 720 square foot classroom /day care facility. Located on the southeast corner of Los Angeles Avenue and Beltramo Road (private street). Resolution No. PC -87 -152 to approve CUP No. 4508. Final action unless appealed. 7.
