Disapproval to construct a 4,474 sq.ft. automotive repair facility on a
15,186 sq.ft. site. South side of Los Angeles Avneue approximately 170
feet east of Spring Road.

Approval to subdivide the subject property into 55 single family lots.

office, manufacturing, and warehouse uses. The company manufactures
swimming pool equipment and accessories.
Located along Highway 118 (Los Angeles Avenue), nearest cross street
