CONSENT CALENDAR None. 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS (Old Business) A. Industrial Planned Development Permit Nos. IPD-88-8th rough 17 (Moorpark West) Construction of ten industrial buildings on separate lots. The total, combined floor area is 86,146 sq.ft. Located east of Maureen Lane, west of bonsai Avenue, and approximately 600 Feet north of Los Angeles Avenue. Continued from April 3, 1989. Any member of the public may address the Commission during the Public Comments portion of the Agenda, unless it is a Public Hearing item. Speakers who wish to address the Commission concerning a Public Hearing item must do so (luring the Public Hearing for that !"— tem, Speaker Cards must be received by the Recording Secretaiy prior to the Public Oomment portion of the meeting. PUBLIC HEARINGS (New Business) A. Draft Housing Element of the General Plan The Planning Commission will consider a draft of the revised Housing Element of the General Plan as required by Article 10.6 of the Government Code. A periodic updating of the City's housing element is mandated by law every five years. 9. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION ITEMS A. Report of Conformity with the General As part of the process to approve a Redevelopment Plan for the Moorasrk Redevelopment Project, the Commission is requested to review the plan and determine it's conformity with the City's General Plan. 10. INFORMATION ITEMS A. Ventura County proposal to construct an 8,000 sq.ft wood frame and stucco fire station at the southwest corner of Mountain Trail Street and Cedar Springs Street. B.
