A. CPD -88 -3 Michitaka Sawada
A request to build a commercial structure which would contain a total
gross floor area of approximately 4,840 square feet (1,610 sq.ft.
restaurant and 3,230 sq.ft. designated for retail type uses). Located
at 415 High Street.
Continued from September 18, 1989.
B. Land Division Moorpark No. LDM -89 -6 West America Construction
Corporation
Requesting approval to subdivide an existing 2.2 acre parcel into two
parcels. The proposed subdivision is located on the west side of
Maureen Lane north of Los Angeles Avenue in the City of Moorpark. The
Assessor's Parcel No. 511 -0- 062 -03.
8. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION ITEMS
A. Continued discussion regarding the consideration to rescind the
current Zoning Ordinance in its entirety and adopt the current
Ventura County Ordinance with minor modifications that addresses
the City of Moorpark's current concerns and incorporates the
City's revisions to the ordinance that has taken place since it's
adoption.
Commission to discuss their proposed recommendations to the County
Zoning Ordinances.
