PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Moorpark
Planning Commission has scheduled a public meeting December 11,
1989, commencing at the hour of 7:00 p.m., in the Moorpark City
Council Chambers, 799 Moorpark Avenue, California.
i Purpose of the public meeting will be to conduct a workshop
concerning Carlsberg Specific Plan:
The emphasis of the workshop will be to disseminate information
to the general public about the project, the process, and to
receive comments on a 497 acre specific plan.
Location: a 497 acre parcel of land located in the southeasterly
corner of the City of Moorpark, on the northerly slopes of the
Peach Hill area. The property abuts the Mooraprk Freeway -
Highway 23 to the east and access will be provided from New Los
Angeles Avenue, Spring and Tierra Rejada Roads.
