General Plan Amendment No. GPA -88 -1A and Zone Change No. Z -88 -2A (Latunski) -- - -- — Amend General Plan land use designation from Residential Low (5 acre /du) to Rural High (1 acre /du) and revise zoning from RE -5 acre to RE -1 acre for a 4.12 -acre property.
