PUBLIC COMMENTS Any member of the public may address the Commission during the Public Comments portion of the Agenda, unless it is a Public Hearing item. Speakers who wish to address the Commission concerning! a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item. Speaker Cards must be received by the Recording Secretary prior to the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Speakers will be heard in the Order that their Speaker Cards are received. IPD -89 -2 ON THE APPLICATION OF ANNOTTI\PETRILLI. 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Zone Code Change No. Z -90 -1 - City of Moorpark The City Council has initiated a proposed amendment to the City Municipal Code to require that a Residential Planned Development (RPD) Permit be obtained for all residential development creating five (5) of more separate lots or dwelling units as part of any entitlement request. This requirement would pertain to all residentially zoned property in the City. This Code amendment revision is being proposed in lieu of changing any zoning for a specific property to RPD. Location: affects residentially zoned properties citywide. B. West Communities zone Change No. 89 -2 - A zone change from PC (Planned Community) to the appropriate RPD designation (RPD 13.28u). Residential Planned Development No. 89 -4 - Planned Development for the construction of 257 townhouse units ranging in size from 1,863 to 2,551 square feet. Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 4637 to accompany the Residential Planned Development Townhouse project. The project is located south of Mountain Trail Street between Mountain Meadow Drive and Cedar Spring Street.
