A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING ARTICLES 3, 5, 6, 7, AND 8 OF THE MOORPARK ZONING
CODE TO INCLUDE A REQUIREMENT THAT A RESIDENTIAL PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT (RPD) PERMIT BE OBTAINED FOR PROJECTS CREATING
FIVE (5) OR MORE SEPARATE LOTS AND AMENDING ARTICLE 19 TO
REVISE AND CLARIFY RPD PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.
Any member of the public may address the Commission during the
Public comments portion of the Agenda, unless it is a Public
Hearing item. Speakers who wish to address the Commission
concerning a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public
Hearing for that item. Speaker Cards must be received by the
Recording Secretary prior to the Public Comments portion of the
meeting. Speakers will be heard in the order that their Speaker
Cards are received. A limitation of 3 minutes shall be imposed

acre parcel into three 0.28 acre parcels in order to construct
a single family residence in each lot (parcel nos. 2 and 3).
Located at 13251 Peach Hill Road between Knotty Pine Street
and Annette Street. The Assessor's Parcel No. is 507- 0 -192-
