CONSENT CALENDAR A. RESOLUTION NO. PC -90 -220 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION, CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THAT THE DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT BE CERTIFIED WITH RECOMMENDED MODIFICATION TO THE CARLSBERG SPECIFIC PLAN. 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Zoning Code Change No. Z -90 -1 - City of Moorpark The City Council has initiated a proposed amendment to the City Municipal Code to require that a Residential Planned Development (RPD) Permit be obtained for all residential development creating five (5) or more separate lots or dwelling units as part of any entitlement request. This requirement would pertain to all residentially zoned property in the City. Amendments to RPD Permit requirements are also proposed, and the RPD Zone description is proposed to be amended to include new development standards (including l setback and building height requirements).
