Any member of the public may address the Commission during the Public comments portion of the Agenda, unless it is a Public Rearing item. Speakers who wish to address the Commission concerning a Public Rearing item must do so during the Public Rearing for that item. Speaker Cards must be received by the Recording Secretary prior to the Public Comments portion of the meeting. Speakers will be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are received. A limitation of 3 minutes shall be imposed upon each speaker. Capies of the reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business on the Agenda are on file in office of the City Clerk and are available for public review. Located west of Walnut Canyon Road and approximately one half mile north of Casey Road. B. .Amendment to Zoning Code and Repeal of Ordinance No. 112 - City of Moo;gark Ordinance No. 112 currently requires a conditional use permit to allow operation of a child day care facility In industrial and commercial zones. The proposal is to amend the zoning code to allow child day care centers ' and schools (elementary and secondary) to be operated in conjunction with an industrial use in a: .M -1 (Industrial Park) Zone; or in an existing commercial building in a C -1 (Neighborhood Commercial), C -2 (General Commercial); CPD (Commercial Planned Development); C -O (Commercial Office) zone, subject to approval of a minor modificaiton to an existing industrial or commercial planned development permit. In conjunction with amendment of the zoning code, Ordinance No. 112 would be repealed, because it would be superseded by this zoning code amendment. Location affects all Industrial Park (M -1) and Commercial (C -1, C -2, CPD, and C -O) zones citywide. 10. 11. 12.
