Speakers who wish to address the Commission concerning a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item. Speaker Cards must be received by the Recording Secretary prior to the Public Comments portion of the meeting. Speakers will be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are received. A limitation of 3 minutes shall be imposed upon each speaker. CONSENT CALENDAR None. 9. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Consideration of a Draft Environmental Impact Report regarding: General Plan Amendment No. 90 -1. Tentative Tract Map Nos. 4728 and 4738. Residential Planned Development Permit Nos. 90 -2. 90 -3. and 90-4. Zone Change No. 90 -2 Westland Company The applicant is proposing to construct the following housing. 110 single- family detached units, 175 multi - family units, Location. 850 West Los Angeles Avenue, (south of Los Angeles Avenue, east of Maureen Lane, and west of Liberty Bell Road). I B. Tentative Tract Map No. 4652 - Abe Gunv The applicant is proposing a subdivision of a 35.8 acre property into 18 single family lots zoned Rural Exclusive (RE) and one remainder parcel zoned RE -6 Acre. The total gross area of the project site to be subdivided is 7.1 acres. The minimum lot size of the 18 proposed lots is 10,000 square feet. The remainder parcel would be 29.71 acres in size, is proposed to be used as a borrow site during grading operations, and may be further subdivided in the future.
