REORDERING OF, AND ADDITIONS TO, THE AGENDA Any member of the public may address the Commission during the Public comments portion of the Agenda, unless it is a Public Hearing item. Speakers who wish to address the Commission concerning a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item. Speaker Cards must be received by the Recording Secretary prior to the Public Comments portion of the meeting. Speakers will be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are receiued. A limitation of 3 minutes shall be imposed upon each speaker. Tentative Tract May No. 4652 Abe Gunv The applicant is proposing a subdivision of a 35.8 acre property into 18 single family lots zoned Rural Exclusive (RE) and one remainder parcel zoned RE -5 Acre. The total gross area of the project site to be subdivided is 7.1 acres. The minimum lot size of the 18 proposed lots is 10,000 square feet. The remainder parcel would be 29.71 acres in size, is proposed to be used as a borrow site during grading operations, and may be further subdivided in the future. Located west of Walnut Canyon Road (State Highway 23) and just north of Casey Road in the City of Moorpark. Continued from the Planning Commission Meeting of February 19, 1991. B. Subdivision of an existing 7.52 acre parcel into two parcels of 2.138 and 4.64 acres. Industrial Planned Development Permit and Conditional Use Permit to construct 135 room hotel and free standing 5,100 square foot restaurant. Variance to permit tower element, to extend a maximum of 4 feet in the rear yard setback, permit decorative hardscape paved delivery access to be placed in the rear yard setback area and permit parking requirements for hotel /restaurant to be reduced.
