Speakers who wish to address the Commission concerning a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item. Speaker Cards must be recdued by the Recording Secretary prior to the Public Comments portion of the meeting. Speakers will be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are received. A limitation of 3 minutes shall be imposed upon each speaker. Tentative Tract May Nos. 4726 and 4738, Residential Planned Development Permit Nos. 90 -2, 90 -3, and 90 -4, Zone Change No. 90 -2 Westland Company The applicant is proposing to construct the following housing: 110 single - family detached units, 175 multi - family units, Location: 850 West Los Angeles Avenue, (south of Los Angeles Avenue, east of Maureen Lane, and west of Liberty Bell Road). Variance to permit tower element, to extend a maximum of 4 feet in the rear yard setback, permit decorative hardscape paved delivery access to be placed in the rear yard setback area and permit parking requirements for hotel /restaurant to be reduced. Location is proposed at the northeast corner of Flinn Avenue. East Df Spring Road and south of Southern Pacific Railroad. C.
