Any member of the public may address the Commission during the Public comments portion of the
Agenda, unless it is a Public Hearing item. Speakers who wish to address the Commission concerning
a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item. Speaker Cards must be
recdued by the Recording Secretary prior to the Public Comments portion of the meeting. Speakers will
be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are received. A limitation of 3 minutes shall be imposed
upon each speaker. Copies of the reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business
on the Agenda are on file in office of the City Clerk and are available for public review. Any questions

The applicant is proposing to construct the following
housing:
110 single - family detached units,
175 multi - family units,
Location: 850 West Los Angeles Avenue, (south of Los Angeles
Avenue, east of Maureen Lane, and west of Liberty Bell Road).

Subdivision of an existing 7.52 acre parcel into two parcels
of 2.88 and 4.64 acres. Industrial Planned Development Permit
and Conditional Use Permit to construct 135 room hotel and
free standing 5,100 square foot restaurant.
Variance to permit tower element, to extend a maximum of 4
feet in the rear yard setback, permit decorative hardscape
paved delivery access to be placed in the rear yard setback
area and permit parking requirements for hotel /restaurant to
be reduced.
Location is proposed at the northeast corner of Flinn Avenue.
East Df Spring Road and south of Southern Pacific Railroad.
C. IPD -90-
Proposal to develop a four story, 176,000 sq.ft office
building to be used for administration, and research and
development.
Located at the northeast corner of South Condor Drive and Los
Angeles Avenue in the Moorpark Business Center.
