5. ADDl'1'IONS. OR REORDERING OF THE AGENDA
It is the Planning Commission's intent to adjourn to the Residential Da dgwnent Evaluation
Board at the close of item 8 of this agenda. For the purpose of discussion and action of item 10A
and then reconvene to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission.

A. Entitlement:Land Division Man No. 91 -2 and Residential Planned Development Permit No.
91 -1 BIBO.INC.
Proposal: 1. Land Division Map No. 91- 2 is for the subdivision of an existing
8.79 acre parcel into four lots consisting of the following: Parcel
A - 1.38 acres, Parcel B - 2.58 acres, Parcel C - 8.71 acres and
Parcel D - 1.17 acres.
2. Residential Planned Development No. 91 -1 is for construction of
a multi- family apartment project which will consist of 12
structures consisting of a total of 100 residential units. There will
be 40 - two bedroom units, 40 - three bedroom units, and 20 -
four bedroom units. The project is proposed to provide 100 units
of low income housing that will be affordable on a long term basis
to help meet the affordable housing needs of the City.
Location: The proposed project is located in the City of Moorpark, Ventura
County, California The site is generally bounded by a single -
family residence facing Los Angeles Avenue on the north, the
Arroyo Simi to the south, single family residences on Freemont
Street to the east, and two story condominiums and apartments
to the west. The project site will be divided by the future
extension of Majestic Court, and existing public street which
currently provides access to the condominiums to the west. The
Assessor's Parcel Number is 506 - 02-48.

A. Residential Development Manazement System 1991 (DA -91 -1
Evaluate the attached application for DA -91 -1 and staffs tentative point rating
recommendations, and make a determination on point assignment consistent with
Resolutions 87 -421 and 88 -522.
