Board at the close of item 8 of this agenda. For the purpose of conducting a public hearing and
action of item 9.A and then reconvene to the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning

Applicant: Abe Guny
Proposal: The Applicant has requested 18 residential development allocations for
approved Tentative Tract Map No 4652 to allow construction of single -
family residential homes. A total of 270 development allocations are
available for 1991. A public hearing is required consistent with the City's
Growth Management Ordinance and adopted Residential Development
Management System.
Location: Tentative Tract Map No. 4652 has been approved for a property located
west of Walnut Canyon Road (State Highway 23) and just north of Casey
Road

Proposal• Amendment to the Zoning Code - Article 15 Section 8115 -1. Proposed
change to parking standards regarding multilevel parking structures.
C. Entitlement: Land Division May No. 91 -2 and Residential Planned Develomment Permit
No. 91 -1 B1B0.INC.
Proposal: Fend Division Map No. 91 - 2 is for the subdivision of an eristing 8.79
acre parcel into four lots consisting of the following. Parcel A - 1.38 acres,
Parcel B - 2.53 acres, Parcel C - 3.71 acres and Parcel D - 1.17 acres.
Residential Planned Development No. 91 -1 is for construction of a multi-
family apartment project which will consist of 12 structures consisting of
a total of 100 residential units. There will be 40 - two bedroom units, 40 -
three bedroom units, and 20 - four bedroom units. The project is
proposed to provide 100 units of low income housing that will be
affordable on a long term basis to help meet the affordable housing needs
of the City.
Location: The proposed project is located in the City of Moorpark, Ventura County,
California The site is generally bounded by a single - family residence
facing Los Angeles Avenue on the north, the Arroyo Simi to the south,
single family residences on Freemont Street to the east, and two story
condominiums and apartments to the west. The project site will be
divided by the future extension of M2jestic Court, and eristing public
street which currently provides access to the condominiums to the west

That the Planning Commission review the appropriateness of allowing auto body repair
and auto painting in commercial zones.
