Any member of the public may address the Commission during the Public Comments pornon o
agenda, unless it is a Public Hearing item. Speakers who wish to address the commission concerning
a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item. Speaker Cards must be
received by the Recording Secretary prior to the Public Comments portion of the meeting. Speakers will
be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are received. A limitation of 3 minutes shall be imposed
upon each speaker. Copies of the reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business
on the Agenda are on file in the of/ice of the City Clerk and are available for public review. Any questions
concerning any Agenda item may be directed to the Community Development Department, 799 Moorpark

MOORP ARK, CALIFORNIARECOMMENDING AMENDMENT OFTHE MOORPARK ZONING
CODE TO ALLOW AUTO BODY REPAIR AND AUTO PAINTING IN CERTAIN COMMERCIAL
AND INDUSTRIAL ZONES SUBJECT TO A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.

Applicant: Moorpark West
This North and South development phase is an industrial planned infill
development of 10 buildings totaling 238,388 square feet.
LDM 91 -3, which consists of two parcels of .4 and .8 acres, will
resubdivide the two parcels into one parcel. Tentative Tract Map No.
4789 will resubdivide two existing parcels into five parcels which will
separate IPD 91 -1 thru 3, IPD 90 -10 and IPD 90 -12 into individual
parcels.
Location: The Southern portion of the Development is located south of Discovery
Court, east of Maureen Lane and north of Los Angeles Avenue. The
Northern portion of the Development is located north of Hertz Street
between Bonsai Avenue and Maureen Lane.
