PUBLIC COMMENTS 8. CONSENT CALENDAR A. Conditional Use Permit No 92 -1 Moorpark Stow -It Properties - Continued from June 1, 1992. The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Caretaker residence, approximately 24' by 40' on the premises for a manager of the existing Mini - Storage to provide security at the existing facility. Pursuant to the Moorpark Zoning Code, a caretaker residence or a dwelling for a superintendent or owner is allowed in the M -1 zone with a Planning Commission approved Conditional Use Permit. The existing storage facility is located at 121 Poindexter Avenue. The proposed residence will be located along the southerly property line, adjacent to the terminus of Kazuko Court and approximately 600 feet west of Sierra Avenue. The Assessor's Parcel No. is 511 -0- 070 -45. B. Conditional Use Permit No 92 -2 - Alliance Chemical and Environmental Inc. - Continued from June 1, 1992. The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow r- an existing industrial building to be used as a metal anodizing plant and a research and development facility to solve environmental development problems in the metal finishing industry.
