Any member of the public may address the Commission during the Public
Comments portion of the agenda, unless it is a Public Hearing item.
Speakers who wish to address the commission concerning a Public Hearing
Item must do so during the Public Nearing for that item. Speaker Cards
must be received by the Recording Secretary prior to the Public Comments
portion of the meeting. Speakers will be beard in the order that their
Speaker Cards are received. A limitation of 3 minutes shall be imposed
upon each speaker. Copies of the reports or other written documentation
relating to each item of business on the Agenda are on file in the office
of the Community Development Department and are available for public
review. Any questions concerning any Agenda item may be directed to the

The proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment is intended to
comply with State Government Code Sections 65913.5,
65915, and 65917, which specify density bonus
requirements. Sections 65915 et. seq. of the
Government Code require local jurisdictions to adopt an
ordinance regulating the provision of density bonuses
and other incentives or concessions provided to
developers of qualifying affordable or senior housing
projects.

A.
A resolution which the Planning Commission recommends
the Historic Preservation Ordinance to be Codified as
Title 14 Entitled Historic Preservation, Chapter 14.04
of the Moorpark Municipal Code and that the Planning
Commission act as the Historic Preservation Advisory
Board.
