A. Carlsberg Specific Plan and Draft EIR - Carlsberg Financial
Corporation (Continued from July 19, 1993)
Entitlement: Amendments to Carlsberg Specific Plan and Draft
EIR, Amendment to Land Use Element of the General Plan to
reflect amended land uses, and amendment to the City's Zoning
Ordinance to adopt amended land use regulations of the
Specific Plan as Zoning for property.
Proposal: Several text changes to the approved Carlsberg
Specific Plan as well as the following amendments to the land
uses within the Specific Planning area:

A. Carlsberg Specific Plan and Draft EIR - Carlsberg Financial
Corporation
Amendment to Land Use Element of the General Plan to reflect
amended land uses, and amend City's Zoning Ordinance to
adopt amended land use regulations of Specific Plan as Zoning
for property.
Location: The Carlsberg Specific Plan is located on 500 acres
of land in the southeastern portion of the City of Moorpark.
The site is bounded by the Arroyo Simi and New Los Angeles
Avenue to the north, Spring Road to the west, Tierra Rejada
Road to the south, and the Moorpark Freeway (State Highway
23) to the east.
B. Entitlement: Conditional Use Permit Number 92 -4
Applicant: Moorpark United Methodist Church
Proposal: To construct a 11,570 square foot addition to an
existing church for the addition to the worship area,
construction of additional classrooms and administration
buildings, and an addition to the existing fellowship hall. The
proposed classroom addition will result in the addition of a
second story.
Location: 261 Flory Avenue, on the southwest corner of Third
Street and Flory Avenue. Assessor's Parcel No.s 512- 0 -111-
270, 512 -0- 111 -160 and 512 -0- 111 -170
C. Entitlement: Conditional Use Permit Number 93 -2
Applicant: DeMontfort Academy
Proposal: The proposed project is to operate a private school
within an existing public school (the old Moorpark High
School) which is still owned by the school district but is not
being operated for public school activities.
Location: 280 Casey Road, west of Walnut Canyon
Assessor's Parcel Numbers 511 -0- 020 -055 and a portion of
511 -0- 020 -075
