ADDITIONS, OR REORDERING OF THE AGENDA Any member of the public may address the Commission during the Public Comments portion of the agenda, unless it is a Public Hearing item. Speakers who wish to address the commission concerning a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item. Speaker Cards must be received by the Recording Secretary prior to the Public Comments portion of the meeting. Speakers will be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are received. A limitation of 3 minutes shall be imposed upon each speaker. Copies of the reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business on the Agenda are on file in the office of the Community Development Department and are available for public review. Entitlement: Amendment to Ordinance No. 137, the Moorpark Zoning Ordinance, Sections 8102 -0 and 8107 -1.7 Applicant: City of Moorpark Proposal: Amend Sections 8102 -0 and 8107 -1.7 of Zoning Ordinance pertaining to Second Dwelling provisions. Zoning Ordinance revisions include a requirement that a Planning Commission Conditional Use Permit be obtained for a second dwelling and that such dwellings shall only be permitted on a residential lot that is one -half acre or larger in size located in a Rural Exclusive (R -E), Rural Agricultural (R -A), Single Family Estate (R -O), Residential Planned Development (R -P -D), or Specific Plan (SP) zone district. Location: Applicable Citywide. b. Applicant: G & S Partnership Proposal: IPD 93 -1: The applicant is proposing to construct two industrial concrete tilt -up warehouse buildings as follows: Site area: 19.3 acres Planning Commission Agenda September 14, 1993 Page 3 9. Coverage: 49.3% Parking provided: 343 spaces The proposed building will be used mainly for a regionally !� oriented direct mail processing and distribution center with no sales area. There will be 33 truck wells and a total employment of approximately 300 people with approximately 150 people per shift. Lot Line Adjustment No. 93 -8 - The lot line adjustment is to consolidate three existing parcels into two parcels by eliminating one of the lot lines. Location: The proposed project is located at the northerly terminus of Science Drive southwest of the Moorpark Freeway, and northwest of New Los Angeles Avenue, Moorpark, California.
