CONSIDER A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA REQUESTING THE APPLICANT TO REDESIGN
RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO 89.4 AND VESTING TENTATIVE
TRACT MAP NO. 4837 MAJOR MODIFICATION NO. 1 ON THE APPLICATION OF
URBAN WEST COMMUNITIES. THE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL ALSO
CONSIDER AN ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION TO DENY THE PROJECT.
