Any member of the public may address the Planning Commission during the
Public Comments portion of the agenda, unless it is a Public Hearing
item. Speakers who wish to address the Planning Commission concerning
a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item.
The Recording Secretary must receive Speaker Cards before the Public
Comments pertion of the meeting. We will hear speakers in the order that
we receive their Speaker Cards. We will impose a limitation of three
minutes upon each speaker. Copies of the reports or other written
documentation relating to each item of business on the Agenda are on file
in the office of the City Clerk and are available for public review. Any
questions concerning any Agenda item may be directed to the Community

approximately 4,050 square feet in size with no beer or
wine sales, and Conditional Use Permit No. 97 -2 for a
full service car wash. Located at the southwest corner of
Los Angeles Avenue and Liberty Bell Road. Assessor Parcel
No. 506.0.050.37 (Continued from 9/8/97).
Staff Recommendation:
(1) Accept public testimony.
(2) Continue Commercial Planned Development Permit No.
97 -1 and Conditional Use Permit No. 97 -2 (Ahmad
Eddie Gharebaghi) to the Planning Commission
meeting of October 13, 1997.
B. Zoning ordinance Amendment No. 97-14 - Consider revisions
to Chapter 17.20, Uses by Zone, regarding the allowable
uses in each zone and also revisions to Chapter 17.44,
Entitlement Process and Procedures. Location Citywide.

Staff Recommendation:
Planning Commission complete their review of the Zoning
Ordinance Amendment and upon completion direct staff to
prepare a resolution to the City council incorporating
all recommended changes.
