Speakers who wish to address the Planning Commission concerning a Public Hearing or Presentations /Action/ Discussion item must do so during the Public Hearing or Presentations/ Action /Discussion portion of the Agenda for that item. Speaker cards must be received by the Secretary for Public Comment before the beginning of the first item of the Presentation /Action /Discussion portion of the Agenda. Speaker Cards for a Public Hearing must be received before the beginning of the Public Hearing. A limitation of three minutes shall be imposed upon each Public Comment and Presentation /Action /Discussion item speaker. Written Statement Cards may be submitted in lieu of speaking orally for open Public Hearings and Presentation /Action /Discussion items. Copies of each item of business on the agenda are on file in the office of the Community Development Director and are available for public review. Applicant: West Pointe Homes. Staff Recommendation: Continue to a date certain with the public hearing open. B) Consider Zone Ordinance Amendment No. ZOA 2001 -02, an Amendment to the City of Moorpark Zoning Code to Amend Chapters 17.44 Related to Entitlements and Chapter 17.60 Related to Amendments to the Zoning Code. Staff Recommendation: Adopt Resolution PC- 2001- recommending to the City Council approval of amendments to Chapters 17.44, and 17.60. (Continued from February 12, 2001, public hearing closed.) 9) DISCUSSION ITEMS: A) Workshop - Presentation by SunCal Companies of Proposed Residential Planned Development (RPD 98- 02) of 107 Single Family Homes to be Located on 70 Acres on the East Side of Walnut Canyon Road North of Wicks Road.
