Staff Recommendation: 1) Accept public testimony and
close the public hearing; and 2) Adopt Resolution No.
PC -2005- recommending to the City Council approval
of ZOA No. 2004 -06 without adding freeway pylon

Staff Recommendation: 1) Open the public hearing, take
public testimony and close the public hearing; and 2)
Adopt Resolution No. PC- 2005 - recommending to the
City Council adoption of a Mitigated Negative
Declaration and recommending approval of General Plan
Amendment No. 2003 -04, Zone Change No. 2003 -03,
Tentative Map No. 5464, and Residential Planned

Immediately East of the SR -23 Freeway, on the
Application of Brian Poliquin (Staff: David Bobardt)
Staff Recommendation: 1) Open the public hearing,
accept public testimony and close the public hearing;
and 2) Adopt Resolution No. PC -2005- recommending
to the City Council conditional approval of General
Plan Amendment 2004 -04, Commercial Planned
Development Permit No. 2004 -03, and Conditional Use
Permit 2005 -04.
