Consider Modification No. 1 to Conditional Use Permit No. 2002 -03 and Modification No. 1 to Conditional Use Permit No. 2003 -03 to Increase the Size of Two Microwave Dishes and for Additional Grading for Construction of a Wireless Communications Facility on an Existing Southern California Edison High Power Transmission Tower, Located South of Tierra Rejada Road on Open Space Area and Southwest of Brookhurst Court, on the Application of Infranext, Inc. for Cingular Wireless (Staff: David Bobardt) Staff Recommendation: 1) Open the public hearing, accept public testimony and close the public hearing; and 2) Adopt Resolution No. PC -2005- approving Modification No. 1 to Conditional Use Permit No. 2002- 03 and Modification No. 1 to Conditional Use Permit No. 2003 -03, subject to conditions. APPROVED STAFF RECOMMENDATION, ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. PC- 2005 -488, AS AMENDED, TO PROVIDE ON -SITE SIGNAGE THAT THE SITE IS TO BE RESTORED TO THE ORIGINAL CONDITION IT WAS PRIOR TO GRADING.
