Located at 643 Moorpark Avenue at High Street.
Presented by the Director, reference: staff report dated November
3, 1988.
Testimony received by:
1. Colin Velazquez, 1078 Mellow Lane, Simi Valley, Ca. Stated that
he did not have the funds to pursue the project at this time, but
had every interest to complete it in the future.
The Commission had considered the matter of an extension in
January of 1988 and at that time granted the applicant an
additional year to begin the project. The Commission conditioned
this approval upon the applicant giving the director written
status reports each quarter. At that time the PD was continued to
December 12, 1988.
On October 3, 1988 the applicant once again appeared before the
Commission asking for a two year extension. The Commission
inquired regarding progress to date and asked the applicant to
respond to the fourteen points outlined by the director which
could have been done over the past year. The Commission allowed
the applicant a month to respond in writing. When the item was
heard by the Commission on November 7th no written reply had been
provided.
