Mized Use Zoning The City Council has directed staff to present this ken for hearing before the Commission. Staff intends to adwdub this item for the Commission's meeting in June. e. CPD92.2 Minor Modification No. It is expected that McDoualds will submit as application for a modification to allow left hand turning movements from the Los Angeles Avenue and Spring Road driveways. Sign Ordinance The Sign Ordinance was saviewed by the City Attorney and staff. Staff and the City Attorney will continue to meet to discuss the ordinance. It will probably go to the Council in early July. S. Zone Change for Moorpark City Ham Staff is proposing to cheap the current CPD (Commercial Planned Development) zoning for City Ham to the City's newly adopted Institutional zoning, per the General Plan. h. Specific Phil No. 1, and Hillside Osdiwam Joint City Couaeal(Planoing Commission Meeting. A joint meeting of the City Council and Planning Commission is scheduled. At this meting Specific Plea No. I will have a workshop meeting and will also discuss the Hillside Management Ordinance. Commissioner Term aid he would be absent for this meeting and asked if there be any way to postpone the joint meeting to sometime after May 27, 1994. Staff said they would bring the request forward to the City Clerks office.
