CALL TO ORDER: CALLED TO ORDER AT 7:06 P.M. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: COMMISSIONER LANDIS LED THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG. 3. ROLL CALL: ALL COMMISSIONERS WERE PRESENT AT THE MEETING AND STAFF ATTENDING THE MEETING INCLUDED WAYNE LOFTUS, ACTING DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, PAUL PORTER, PRINCIPAL PLANNER, DIRK LOVETT, ASSISTANT CITY ENGINEER, AND CELIA LAFLEUR, ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY. 4. April 12, 1999 Planning Commission Minutes MOTION: COMMISSIONER PARVIN MOVED AND COMMISSIONER LANDIS SECONDED A MOTION TO APPROVE THE MINUTES OF APRIL 12, 1999. A UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE APPROVED THE MOTION. 7. PUBLIC COMMENTS: GARY LOWENBERG, 4218 PEACH SLOPE, MOORPARK. SPOKE ON THE PARK ASSESSMENT BALLOT AND ENCOURAGED THE PUBLIC TO VOTE YES. 8.
