CALL TO ORDER: CHAIRMAN DICECCO CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AT 7:20 P.M. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: COMMISSIONER LANDIS LED THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG. 3.
