HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 1984 32 1113RESOLUTION NO. 84 -32 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE (MITIGATED) NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND APPROVING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO.' ON APPLICATION OF CESAR MENDOZA WHEREAS, at a duly noticed public hearing on November 13, 1984, the Moorpark Planning Commission considered the subject application for approval to convert a 1200 square foot single family residence into two (2) commercial offices on approximately 7500 square feet located on the Southeast corner of Everett Street and Moorpark Avenue. (AP No. 512- 062-01) NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That this body, after review and consideration of the information contained in the (Mitigated) Negative Declaration, that this project will not have a significant effect on the environment, and appears the Mitigated Negative Declaration. SECTION 2. The Planning Commission adopts the findings contained in the staff report dated November 13, 1984, which report is incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth herein. SECTION 3. The Planning Commission hereby conditionally approves PD -1007 subject to compliance with all the conditions attached hereto. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1984.
