HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 1985 42 0226RESOLUTION NO. PC -85 -42 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF VARIANCE NO. V -4247, FOR DP -310, OF APPLICATION OF WILLIAM HODSON. WHEREAS, at a duly noticed public hearing held on February 26, 1985, the Moorpark Planning Commission considered the application of William Hodson for approval to permit a zero western side yard setback and to eliminate one loading zone for DP -310, approved February 26, 1985 by Resolution No. PC- 85 -41, for construction of a 7,896 square foot industrial building located adjacent to and north of Los Angeles Avenue and west of Goldman Avenue (AP No. 511 - 070 -27), within said City; and NOW THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That this body, after review and consideration of the information contained in the Mitigated Negative Declaration, finds that this project will not have a significant effect on the environment. Section 2. The Planning Commission adopts the findings contained in the staff report dated February 26, 1985, which report is incorporated herein by reference as though fully con - tained herein. Section 3. The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council that Variance No. V -4247 for a zero western sideyard set back and elimination of one loading zone for DP -310 be approved.
