HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 1985 50 0829j RESOLUTION NO. PC -85- 50 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION F THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF LAND DIVISION MOORPARK NO. LDM -3 ON APPLICATION OF G.H. PALMER & ASSOCIATES. ASSESSORS PARCEL NO. 517 -06- 51,52,53, & 54. WHEREAS, at duly notice public hearing on May 9, 1985, June 13, 1985, June 27, 1985, July 11, 1985, July 25, 1985, August 8, 1985, and August 15, 1985, the Moorpark Planning Commission considered the application filed by G,H, Palmer & Associates for approval to build 400 apartment units on 19.75 acres and a density bonus of 358. Land Division Moorpark No. LDM -3 is bound by Los Angeles Avenue (Highway 118) to the north Moorpark Avenue to the west and the Arroyo Simi wash to the south. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after review and con- sideration of the information contained in the Negative Declaration, has found that this project will not have a significant effect on the environment; and has reached its decision in the matter; NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the findings contained in the staff report dated May 9, 1985 , which report is incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein with conditions as modified by said Commission, are hereby approved. SECTION 2. That the Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council that Land Division Moorpark No. LDM -3, be approved subject to compliance with all the conditions attached hereto. 1985.
