Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed Community Center Rules and Regulations as submitted by the Parks and Recreation Commission and modified by staff. (Continued from 1/17/90.) * B. Consider Proposed Ordinance Pertaining to the Regulation of Solid Waste. Staff Recommendation: Approve ordinance for introduction and first reading. * C.
