Knotty Pine street) . The map consists of 3 parcels "A ", "B ", & "C" 176'+ + x 70 _ '_ in size excluding Peach Hill Road. This parcel map is the remaining undeveloped parcel in the area. DISCUSSION The City Engineer has reviewed the map and is satisfied that it is technically correct and that it is substantially in conformance with the approved tentative map. STAFF RECOI' .
