GILLESPIE Chief of Police Discussion with the representatives of Pacifica and Pardee is continuing. Their expressed concerns include the plans, substitution of amenities, timing for commencement of construction, City approval prior to seeding, elimination of requirement for the park to be available to the public for 180 consecutive days, mutual indemnification, $5 not $10 million insurance limit, and paragraph 9(j) regarding Developer's responsibility for damage repair during the maintenance period. In addition, City staff recently discovered the attached information concerning: amtre- o (1) Storm Drain Improvement Plans (2) Board of Supervisor action concerning appeal including provision of improvements in attached 10/31/78 County staff report.
