7. CONSENT CALENDAR:
A. Acceptance of an Easement Deed for IandscAkino, pyU oses
adjacent to Tract #3525 (Warmington); the project is located at
the northwest and southwest corners of the intersection of
Tierra Rejada Road and Peach Hill Road. Staff Recommendation:
Authorize the execution of a Certificate of Acceptance for the
Easement Deed.
B. Acceptance of Easement Deeds for meandering sidewalks along--Los
Angeles_ Avenue and Moorpark _Avenue for PD -101.0 Palmed; the
project is located at the southeast corner of the Los Angeles
Avenue /Moorpark Avenue intersection. Staff Recommendation:
Authorize the execution of a Certificate of Acceptance for the
Easement Deeds.
C. Resolution No. 87- A resolution designating the Director
of Community Development as the Building Official of the City.
Staff Recommendation: Approve the resolution.

D. Consider an amendment to the Princeton Signal Cooperative
Agreement which includes utility relocation costs for the
Southern California Edison Company. Staff Recommendation:
Authorize the Mayor to execute the amendment on behalf of the

the adjustment to add $3,200 to cover the cost of additional

S. Consider a Minor Modification of Condition 62 for Tract #3963
Griffin Homes the project is located at the northeast
section of the City adjacent to Moorpark College. Staff
Recommendation: Grant the Minor Modification so that the
traffic count can be made within four weeks following the
installation of the Princeton Avenue Signal.
T. Oral progress repo q o_n_ the Peach_ Hill Park Pro,Ject. Staff
Recommendation: Receive the report.
U. Review of community participation _in the Summer Playground
Pro ram. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed
appropriate.
V. Consider an appropriation for a community pool.
W. Consider a request from the Moorpark Friends of the Library to
waive application fee for a Minor Modification. Staff
Recommendation: Give staff direction to proceed.
X. Consideration of the award of contract and _appropriation of
funds for the Redevelopment Feasibility Study. Staff
Recommendation: Award the contract and appropriate funds as a
loan to the Redevelopment Agency.
