Staff Recommendation: Authorize the execution of a Certificate of Acceptance for the Easement Deed. B. Acceptance of Easement Deeds for meandering sidewalks along--Los Angeles_ Avenue and Moorpark _Avenue for PD -101.0 Palmed; the project is located at the southeast corner of the Los Angeles Avenue /Moorpark Avenue intersection. Staff Recommendation: Authorize the execution of a Certificate of Acceptance for the Easement Deeds. C. Resolution No. 87- A resolution designating the Director of Community Development as the Building Official of the City. Staff Recommendation: Approve the resolution. 8. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. V. Consider an appropriation for a community pool. W. Consideration of the award of contract and _appropriation of funds for the Redevelopment Feasibility Study.
