others. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file the report.

11. DISCUSSIOWACTION ITEMS:
A. Consider the additional appropriation of funds for the 1986/87
Slurry Seal Project. Staff Recommendation: Authorize the
additional appropriation. (Continued from July 29, 1987; Item
#11.G.)
'B. Consider approving the North Meadows Park one year maintenance
agreement with Urban West'Commun-ities. Staff Recommendation:
Authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the
City.- (Continued from July_ 29,' 1987;..*- Item #11.-N.)
C. - Consideration of the agreement with the Moorpark Unified.Schooi
District for use ' of the trailer located at Flory' Avenue- School
for the Star Club. Staff Recommendation: Authorize the Mayor
to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. (Continued
from July 29, 1987; Item #11.0.)
D. Consider awarding the Senior Citizens Center contract for
construction of the 3,456 sq. ft. facility. Staff
Recommendation: Award the contract. (Continued from July 29,
1987; Item #11.P.)
E. Consider an appeal of an administrative decision - Mash
Associates (PD -966). An appeal of a decision made by the
Director of Community Development regarding the establishment
of a sign program for a neighborhood shopping center limited to
� certain colors and lettering styles. Staff Recommendation:
Uphold the administrative decision made.

F. Consider the possible names for the re- naming of Moorpark Road.
Staff Recommendation: Select name deemed appropriate by the
City Council and approve the proposed resolution with the name
selected.
G. Consider a status report on the Summer Camp Program. Staff
Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate.
H. Consider the award of contract for the Gabbert Road Signal
Project to Paxin Electric, Inc. Staff Recommendation: Award
the contract with the additive alternate to be selected by the
City Council.
I. Consider giving authorization to proceed with the public bid
process for the proposed City Hall Facility. Staff
Recommendation: Direct staff to proceed with the solicitation
of bids for the City Hall Facility.
J. Consider a contract for landscape architectural services to
review construction plans and specifications for South Meadows
Park. Staff. Recommendation: Authorize the Mayor to execute
the contract.
K. Consider an agreement to construct improvements and approve a
Final Map for LDM -8 which is located near Goldman Avenue
between Maureen Lane and Shasta Avenue. Staff Recommendation:
Approve the parcel map, authorize the Mayor to sign the
agreement on behalf of the City, and authorize the City Clerk
to execute the Certificate of Acceptance.
12. ORDINANCES:
A. Further Council consideration of possible amendments to
Ordinance 33, an ordinance of the City pertaining to
commissions.
