B. Consider the appropriation of funds to verify signatures on the
recall petition. Staff Recommendation: Appropriate the
necessary funds.
C. Resolution No. 87- A resolution adopting a salary for
classes of positions in the competitive service and for
positions not in the competitive service.
D. A report concerning the City's role in the proposed closure of
Angeles Trailer Park located at the southwest corner of Los
Angeles Avenue and Moorpark Road.
E. A status report concerning the Villa Campesina project.
F. A report concerning the speed limit on Los Angeles Avenue east
of College View Avenue.
G. Consider the acceptance of an easement for the Condor Drive
(North). Traffic Signal. Staff Recommendation: Accept the
easement.
H. Consider the acceptance of an Easement Deed at buttercreek
Road /Los Angeles Avenue (Urban West). Staff Recommendation:
Accept the Easement Deed.
I. Consider the acceptance of- an Easement Deed for the community
park site at Mountain Meadows (Urban West). Staff

REORDERING OF, AND ADDITIONS TO, THE AGENDA:
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. Development Plan Permit No. 392 (Cabot, Cabot & Forbes)
requesting development of a light industrial facility in the
Moorpark Business Center of a 202,656 square foot building to
be used for office, manufacturing and a warehouse. The
proposed project is located at 6000 Condor Drive, east of Los
Angeles Avenue (Lot 7). Planning Commission Recommendation:
Approve with conditions.

11. DISCOSSION/ACTION ITEMS:
A. Consider the adoption of various job descriptions for the
City's Classification Plan.
B. Consideration of items to complete the installation and
operation of the community port -a -pool.
C. Consider modification of August City Council meetings. Staff
Recommendation: Determine to not conduct the regular August 5,
'1987 City Council meeting.
D. Consider an amendment to the Princeton Signal Cooperative
Agreement which includes utility relocation costs for the
Southern California Edison Company. Staff Recommendation:
Authorize the Mayor to execute the amendment on behalf of the
city.
E. Consider the acceptance of .public improvements and exonerate
• bonds for PD -1047 (Annotti) located on t-he southwest corner of
• Park Lane and Los Angeles Avenue. Staff Recommendation:
Accept the public improvements and exonerate certain bonds.
F. Consider a report concerning city inspection of residential
units prior to resale. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file
the report.
G. Consider the additional appropriation of funds for the 1986/87
Slurry Seal Project. Staff' Recommendation: Authorize the
additional.appropriation..
H. Co -n -sides the Acceptance of Work and Notice of Completion for
the annual Slurry* Seal 'Project (1986/87). Staff.
Recommendation*:'

I. Consider the adoption of the Moorpark Central City Master
Drainage Study. Staff Recommendation: Adopt the Drainage
Study dated March, 1987.
J. Consider the installation of a four -way stop at the
intersection of Christian Barrett Drive and Southampton Road.
Staff Recommendation: Either receive and file the report or
adopt Resolution No. 87- which authorizes installation.
K. Consider a gradinq plan change for Tract 4147 (Villa
Campesina). Staff Recommendation: Approve the raising of lot
elevations for Lot Nos. 51, 52 and 53 within the tract.

Consider a request from the City of Thousand Oaks to have
council committee meet jointly with the Cities of Simi Valley
and Thousand Oaks. Staff Recommendation: Determine interest
and representatives.

Consider applicability of Los Angeles Avenue Area of
Contribution Fees to pre - existing buildings. Staff
Recommendation: Determine Los Angeles Avenue Area of
Contribution policy does not apply to pre- existing building
when converted from industrial to commercial use.
N.
Consider approving the North Meadows Park one year maintenance
agreement. Staff Recommendation: Defer to Council's next
meeting.

Consideration of the agreement with the Moorpark Unified School
District for use of the trailer located at Flory Avenue School
for the Star Club. Staff Recommendation: Defer to Council's
next meeting.
