SUBJECT: Acceptance of Easement Deed for Landscaping
Purposes Adjacent to Tract 3525 (Warmington)
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Tract 3525 is located at the northwest and southwest corners
of the intersection of Tierra Rejada Road and Peach Hill
Road. A location map is enclosed for your reference.
The tentative tract map was approved by the City of Moorpark
Planning Commission on August 29, 1985, and subsequently
approved by the City Council on September 16, 1985.
Enclosed is a landscape planting and maintenance easement
for the slopes adjacent and parallel to Peach Hill Road and
Tierra Rejada Road.
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Authorize the City Clerk, on behalf of the City, to
execute the "Certificate of Acceptance" for the

GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT is made and entered into this day of
1987 by WARMINGTON - MOORPARK ASSOCIATES, a California
general partnership, its successors and assigns ( "Grantor ") and the CITY
OF MOORPARK, a political subdivision in the State of California, its
successors and assigns ( "Grantee "), an exclusive easement for ingress
and egress, over, in, along and across that certain real property in the
City of Moorpark, County of Ventura, State of California more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference ( "Easement Area ").
Said easement is for the purpose of Grantee to install, use, maintain,
alter, add, repair, or replace, as may be necessary from time to time,
certain landscape plantings and appurtenances thereto within the
Easement Area.
Said easement as described hereinabove is a permanent easement running
with the land and shall hereafter benefit Grantee and burden Grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Grant of
Easement on the day and year first above written.
