AGREEMENT PROVISIONS:
Corrective Services: All service to correct equipment ntalf.unctions is without.

Service Priority: Equipment of service agreement receives priority over all calls

Preventive Service: Your equipment will receive an inspection at the time of
a service call, whenever possible, to minimize downtime. The equipment will
be cleaned, lubricated, and checked for performance.
Engineering Improvements: Selected engineering improvements that reduce service
time and improve equipment performance will he made on late models where feasible
at no additional cost to you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERM: This agreement can be automatically renewed for successive one -year periods
upon receipt of payment for Service Agreement charges in effect at the time of
renewal. Either party may withdraw a unit from this Agreement or terminate this
Agreement at any time by giving thirty days prior written notice to the other
party. If any machines are withdrawn from this contract, the remaining months
will be pro -rated and refunded less a $5.00 charge for administrative processing.
CHARGES: The customer agrees to pay all charges due hereunder and will render
initial annual Service Agreement charge hi.lIing in advance (upon receipt of a
signed copy of this Agreement). 'I'e.rms are due upon receipt, unless otherwise
specified. Alterations, attachments, or specification changes may an
increase in service charges.
DEFAULT: If the customer does not pay the amount due hereunder: (1) We may (a)
refuse to continue to service the equipment of (b) furnish service only on a
"per call" basis; arid (2) the customer agrees to pay Service Companies costs
and expenses of collection including the maximum attorney's fee permitted by
law.
INSPECTION: Inspection (s) will be made during normal business hours. If equipment
is not made available for service at the location indicated on this Agreement
at the time Service Companies Representative calls to make inspection (s), the
inspection will be performed at. the customer's request. There will be no refund
if in any such case the customer fails to request. an inspection.

GENERAI.: 'I'hi.s agreement. does not cover- (1) service or parts required by causes
other than normal use, and expendable supply items such as typewriter ribbons,
elements, and paper; (2) parts the customer refused to have replaced before the
contract was instituted (a) _ (h) — (c) _ — The Service
Company shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. The Service
Company shall not he responsible for failure to render service due to strikes,
fire, flood, and causes beyond our control. This Agreement constitutes the entire
contract between the Service Company and the customer with respect to service
of equipment. covered by this Agreement and no representation or statement not
expressed herein shall be binding on the Service Company.
