B: Resolution 'No. $7- A -proposed resolution to extend* the
Cable Television Franchise for Ventura County Cablevision, Inc.
through October 7, 1987. Staff Recommendation: Approve the
proposed resolution.

that their Speaker Cards are received. A limitation of 3 minutes shall be
imposed upon each speaker.

C. A report concerning the widening of Tierra Rejada Road between
`-� Moorpark Road and the Moorpark Freeway (SR 23). Staff
Recommendation: Receive and file the report.
D. Consideration of resolutions Council directed staff to prepare
concerning Mountain Meadows Area Stop Signs and Parking
Restrictions. Staff Recommendation: Approve Resolution No.
87- authorizing the installations of stop signs at various
locations within Mountain Meadows (PC -3); and Resolution No.
87- establishing No Parking Any Time Zones at various
locations and No Parking from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Zone
within Mountain Meadows (PC -3y.
8. REORDERING OF, AND ADDITIONS TO, THE AGENDA:

A. Consideration of proposed changes to Ordinance No. .51, the
Mobile- Home Rent Control. Ordinance. Staff Recommendation:

11. DISCUSSIOWACTION ITEMS=
A. Consideration of an Infrastructure Report. A report regarding
residential, commercial, and industrial development, school
facilities, water, sewer and traffic.
B. Progress Report on the Community Port -A -Pool.
C. Consider the possible names for the re- naming of Moorpark Road.
Staff Recommendation: Select names deemed appropriate by the
City Council and direct staff to proceed with submittal process
to the Ventura County Fire Department.
D. Consider the possible award of bid for the Condor Drive (North
Project. Staff Recommendation: Award the bid.

E. Consider contract administration and inspection by the City
Engineer for the Condor Drive (North) Project. Staff
Recommendation: Approve services by the City Engineer at a
cost not to exceed $9,100.
F. Consider a report concerning traffic signal modifications at
the intersection of Campus Park Drive and College View Avenue
(Delfin Street). Staff Recommendation: Approve recommended
traffic signal modifications.
G. Consideration of PD -1050 tree removal report. Staff
Recommendation: Remove certain trees to allow construction of
this project.
H. Consideration of the award of contract and appropriation of
funds for the Redevelopment Feasibility Study. Staff
Recommendation: Approve the Public Works Committee
recommendation.
L. Consider the establishment of a Highway •118/23 Connection
Action Group. -�
J.. Consider lobbying effort(s) for the Highway 118/23 Connector by
Councilmembers and City staff. and appointing representatives.
K.. Consider approving the North Meadows Park one year maintenance
agreement. Staff Recommendation: Defer to June 15, 1987.
L. Consideration of a Minor Modification to Mountain Meadows
(PC -3) development text -so as to allow a median identification
sign along Tierra Rejada Road. Staff Recommendation: Deny..the
request.
M. Consider awarding t-he bid for the routine park* maintenance
annual contract. Staff Recommendation: "Reject alI -bids and
direct staff to readvertise the bid.

Consideration of the agreement with the Moorpark Unified School
District for use of the trailer located at Flory Avenue School
for the Star Club. Staff Recommendation: Approve the
agreement
Consider authorizing staff to enter into a contractual
regarding the processing of four development proposals in the
Mountain Meadows project. Staff Recommendation: Approve the
request and authorize the Mayor to execute the contract.
P. Consider contract administration and inspection by the City
Engineer for the Tierra Rejada Road and Bridge Project. Staff
Recommendation: Approve services by the City Engineer at a
.. cost not to exceed $196,003.
