E. Consider a report on second driveways and driveway expansions
in residential areas. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file
this report.
F. Consider acceptance of public improvements for PD -1051
(Lincoln) located on the east side of Spring Road across from
Roberts Avenue. Staff Recommendation: Accept the public
improvements, authorize the City Clerk to exonerate specific
bonds.
G. Consider acceptance of public improvements for Tract No. 2865 -1
(Pardee) located in the PC -3 area of the City. Staff
Recommendation: Accept the public improvements, include the
streets in the City street system for maintenance, authorize
the City Clerk to exonerate specific bonds, and reduce the
grading bond.
H. Consider authorizing the Deputy City Manager and the Finance
Officer to attend accounting software training. Staff
Recommendation: Authorize attendance at the training.
I. Consider a request to acquire a meter and calibrator to allow
the Sheriff's Department to initiate noise enforcement of
vehicles in the City upon receipt of equipment and
certification of the patrol officers. Staff Recommendation:
Authorize the acquisition.
J. Resolution No. 88- Consider revisions to Resolution
88 -493 incorporating bi- weekly salary rates for Salary Plans I
and II. Staff Recommendation: Adopt the proposed resolution.

to clarify and modify certain conditions of approval. Staff
Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate.
B. Consider a request by Structural Concepts concerning an
Agreement for Completion of Offsite Improvements for DP -302
(American Products) . Staff Recommendation: Approve the
request after reimbursement of attorney's fees.
C. Consider a report regarding which decision body has final
approval of entitlement requests. Staff Recommendation:
Direct staff as deemed appropriate.
D. Consider a report regarding the City's current standards for
residential lot coverage. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff
as deemed appropriate.
E. Consideration of a City Business License /Permit. Staff
Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate.
F. Consider proposed means of proceeding with the establishment of
a city -wide traffic mitigation fee. Staff Recommendation:
Direct staff as deemed appropriate.
G. Consider a report regarding a proposed extension of a permit
adjustment to County CUP -1328 (Blue Star Ready Mix). Staff

survey area boundaries and directing Planning Commission to formulate
a preliminary plan for a redevelopment project area. Staff
Recommendation: Approve the proposed resolution.
