Consider an account transfer for the purposes of retaining the services of temporary accounting_ personnel. Staff Recommendation: Approve the requested account transfer and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract. I. Informational report concerning the Easter Craft Faire to be held at the Community Center on Saturday, March 12, 1988. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file this report. J. Rescind contract award to Gelco Space for Senior Center Project. Staff Recommendation: Rescind the contract award. 4_ PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. Update to the City's Land Use and Circulation Elements - Amendment Requests Screening Hearing. Consider a request from sixteen property owners and interested parties for General Plan Land Use changes to be made part of the City's General Plan Update.
