A. Consider the proposed purchase of a water flow monitoring

Simi. Staff Recommendation: Authorize the purchase of the
water flow monitoring device.
B. Consider a request and a report regarding the creation of an
open space buffer between Tract No. 4341 (U.W.C. - West
Village) and the adjacent community of Home Acres. Staff
Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate.
