Staff Recommendation: Approve an extension not to exceed an additional $5,000. Staff Recommendation: Approve Resolution No. 88- — which makes this finding. R. Resolution No. 88- Consider the approval _of a resolution to amend Rasolut.ion No. 87 -_421_ which .established the process and procedures for implementinq___Measure _F, and approva -1__of proposed Ordinance No. 103 amending Measure F.
