Resolution No. 88- A proposed resolution approving a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Public Employees' Association of Ventura County (PEAVC). Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed resolution. H. Consider a request to replace missing and deteriorated equipment, add new equipment, and overlay the in Campus Park. Staff Recommendation: Approve the Park and Recreation Commission's recommendation and appropriate the necessary funds. I. Consider approval of an_Agreement to Construct Improvements and approval of the Final Map for Tract_ 30.49_(A &R Development) located in the Campus_ Park area of the Cif. Staff Recommendation: Approve the Final Map, authorize the Mayor to sign the necessary documents on behalf of the City, and direct the City Clerk to hold the map until all requirements have been met. Mobile Home Rent Control /Ordinance No. _51 Revisions. Consider a report concerning revisions to Ordinance 51. B. Determine the scope of work for an update to__the City's Land Use and Circulation Elements - including the_Casey Road him h school site and several properties previously considered. A report regarding the high school site's inclusion in the update of the City's General Plan, and finalization of those properties previously considered. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. C. A presentation by The Planning Center_ regarding the need to amend the contract to complete work on the Downtown Plan. Staff Recommendation: Consider the draft plan; amend the contract to allow for attendance at future meetings; direct the Planning Commission to forward their recommendations on the draft plan to the City Council, and set this matter for Public Hearing on the next available regular meeting date. 10.
