Resolution No. 88- A resolution authorizing the placement of stop signs along east and west bound Williams Ranch Road at Laurel Glen Drive. Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed resolution. 9. PUBLIC HEARINGS: None are scheduled. 10. COMMENTS FROM COUNCILMEMBERS: A. Consider an appointment to the vacant position on the Parks and Recreation Lommissiol1. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Any member of the public may address the Council during the Public Comments portion of the Agenda, unless it is a Public fearing item. Speakers who wish to address the Council concerning a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item. Consider a report concerning a need to amend the contract with the Planninq Center t_o compete work on the Downtown Pian. Staff Recommendation: Amend the contract to allow for attendance at future meetings and direct the Planning Commission to forward their recommendations on the draft plan to the Council. * C. Consider awarding a contract for the landscape improvement project located at Peach Hill and Spring Roads (Marlborough). Staff Recommendation: Award the contract to Agro Landscape Management for landscape improvements. D. Consider a report concerning condition compliance - Planned Development No. 1064 (TOPA) Management. Planning Commission's Recommendation: Approve the revised site plan proposed by the applicant with certain modifications. G. Consider a report concerning the New Los Angeles Avenue Extension. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. H. Consider potential alternate uses for _available monies in the Los Angeles Avenue Alternate Route Fund. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. K. Consider applying for a grant from the Ventura County Area Agency on Aging to fund multipurpose senior center equipment_.
