B. Consider an update to the City Hall Construction Project.
Staff Recommendation: Review the Change Order and receive and
file this report.

C. Resolution No. 88- A_proposed resolution directing the
processinq of a claim for Fiscal Year 1987/88 Transportation
Development Act Funds. Staff Recommendation: Approve the
proposed resolution.
D. Consider an Agreement for Professional Services for acquisition
of office furnishings for new City Hall offices. Staff
Recommendation: Approve the agreement for services and
authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf
of the City.
Consider a Minor Modification to RPD -1041 (Griffin Homes) to
allow an increase in square footage for approved floor plans. -
Staff Recommendation: Receive and file this report.
Consider a transfer of funds to service and_ repair motorcycles
used in the off -road enforcement oroaram. Staff
Recommendation: Authorize a $1500 transfer from the Police
Department's Professional Services Account (121 -541) to the
Police Department's Special Department Supplies Account
(121 -529).
G. Consider an additional appropriation for improvements of the
Peach Hill Park Construction Project and date for park
dedication. Staff Recommendation: Approve the appropriation
and authorize the City Manager to execute the necessary
agreement on behalf of the City.
H. Consider the _purchase of Muni_metrix legislative history
software. Staff Recommendation: Authorize the purchase of
software.
I. Consider improvement of the Tierra Rejada_ Road median within
Tract No. 2865 (Pacifica and Pardee_). Staff Recommendation:
Receive and file this report.
0. �.urisiuer a report concerning a notice inviting bids for the
publication of legal notices and ordinances for the City.
Staff Recommendation: Authorize staff to publish the notice.
K. Consider the approval of a Councilmember's attendance at the
1988 Councilmembers Orientation Institute. Staff
Recommendation: Authorize the Councilmember's attendance.
L. Consider a report concerning the Shell Oil Pipeline along Los
Angeles Ayei;ue. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file this
report.
M. Consider a report indicating truck count data obtained at
strategic entrance points to the _City_. Staff Recommendation:
Receive and file this report.

9. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. Consider abandonment and sale of certain park land located in
the Campus Park area of the City APN: 500_0-281 -073) located
west of the Happy Camp Drain and Tract_ No. 2453. Staff
Recommendation: Abandon and sell the park land to A &R
Development.
B. The Carlsberg Specific Plan - Moorpark Highlands - Processing
Review. Consider a report regarding the possible processing
options available. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as
deemed appropriate.
C. Residential Development Manaqement System - 1987. A review and
consideration of Schedule "B" of the 1987 Residential
Development Management System for the following requests:

prepared by R. W. Graham. Staff Recommendation: Approve the

specifications for submittal to the State for their review.

E. Consideration of West Village tract conditions relating to the
Peach Hill Watercourse Plan, the West Meadows Park Plan, and
the three private recreation areas of Tracts 4340, 4341, 4342
and Residential Planned Development Nos. 1070, 1071 and 1072
(Urban West Communitie ). Staff Recommendation: Direct staff

F. Consider the possible additions to the Griffin Park facilities.
Staff Recommendation: Approve the Parks and Recreation
Commission's recommendation and direct staff to proceed with
the project.

Use Element Scope of Work and finalize a decision on the high

school site. Consider the draft scope of work regarding the
Land Use Element Update and render a decision to include the

Land Use Update.
