Consider the adoption of a ool_icy__ concerning pool /spa requirements. Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed policy document. E. Consider a Minor Modification to a phase boundary line in Tract No. 4340 (Urban West Communities). Staff Recommendation: Receive and file this report. F. Consider an informational report regarding a citizen request for a crosswalk at Christian Barrett Drive at Trailcrest Drive. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file this report. G. Consider a semi - annual police activities report for the period of January 1, 1988 to June 30, 1988. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file this report. H. Consider approval of the Final Map and Agreement to Construct Improvements for Tract 3963 -3 (Griffin Homes) located in the Moorpark College area of the City. Staff Recommendation: Authorize the Mayor to sign the necessary documents, and the �' City Clerk to accept a Grant Deed on behalf of the City. k I. Consider a report concerning the limit line locations at the intersections of Peach Hill /Peach Hill /Mesa Verde and Walnut Creek /Crystal Ranch Road. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file this report. J. Consider a reduction of bonds for Tract' 4170/3070 -5 (U.S. Condo) in the Campus Park area of the City. Staff Recommendation: Authorize the reduction of specific bonds. K. Consider entering into an agreement with CalTrans to take responsibility for maintenance and liability of meandering sidewalks fronting projects currently being developed along Los Angeles Avenue. Staff Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to sign a Letter of Agreement with CalTrans regarding maintenance and liability of meandering sidewalks. L. Consider a status report concerning the widening of the roadway at the intersection of Spring Road and High Street (at the Union 76 Station). Staff Recommendation: Receive and file this report. M. Consider a request for a stamped concrete entrance within Tract Development . Staff Recommendation: Receive and file this report. 0. Consider granting a sewer easement to _Waterworks District No. I pursuant to a condition of Tract 4338 (Urban West Communities). Staff Recommendation: Authorize the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute the necessary documents. Rescind previous action directing a letter be sent to the Chamber of Commerce regarding Country Days. Staff Recommendation: Rescind previous direction given to staff. Q. Resolution No. 88- Consider a proposed resolution establishing "No Parking Any Time" zones at various locations on Peach Hill Road from a point 170 feet east of the center line of Rolling Knoll Road to Tierra Rejada Road. Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed resolution. R. Resolution No. 88- Consider a proposed resolution approving guidelines regarding second driveways and driveway expansions. Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed resolution. Resolution No. 88- Consider a proposed resolution establishing "No Parking Any Time" zones on both sides of Cedar Springs Street within South Village. Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed resolution. T. Resolution No. 88- Consider- a proposed resolution establishing various "No Parking Any Time" and "No Stopping Any Time" zones on Collins Drive from Campus Park Drive to the Moorpark College entrance east of University Drive East. Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed resolution. U. Resolution No. 88- Consider a proposed resolution approving the 1988 Residential Development Allotment awards. Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed resolution. 9. PUBLIC HEARINGS: None are scheduled. 10. COMMENTS FROM COl1NCILME?BERS: A. Consider an appointment to the new arts commission advisory panel established by the County of Ventura Board of Supervisors. Staff Recommendation: Appoint a Councilmember as a judge for the contests. B. Consider a proposal to complete the Redeve1opment.Feasibility Study. Staff Recommendation: Authorize completion of the study. C. Consider a resolution from the Planning Commission regarding Art in Public Places and the Commission's recommendations to the Council. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. D. Consider the selection of a name_ for the 69 -acre community -park. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. E. Consider a report concerning the sale of Christmas trees on tree lots. Staff Recommendation: Adopt an interim policy regarding such sale requests. F. Consider proposed means of pro ceeding with the establishment of a city -wide traffic mitigation fee. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. G. Consider a request from Waterworks District #1_ to construct a booster pump station along the south side of Tierra Rejada Road. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. H. Consider mitigating measures to reduce lighting concerns at the Peach Hill Park ball field. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. I. Consider a proposed agreement for the Senior Citizen Center. Staff Recommendation: Approve the agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign it on behalf of the City. 12. ORDINANCES: A.
