Staff Recommendation: Authorize the reduction of specific bonds. K. Consider entering into an agreement with CalTrans to take responsibility for maintenance and liability of meandering sidewalks fronting projects currently being developed along Los Angeles Avenue. Staff Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to sign a Letter of Agreement with CalTrans regarding maintenance and liability of meandering sidewalks. L. Consider a status report concerning the widening of the roadway at the intersection of Spring Road and High Street (at the Union 76 Station). Staff Recommendation: Receive and file this report. M. Consider a request for a stamped concrete entrance within Tract Development . Resolution No. 88- Consider a proposed resolution establishing "No Parking Any Time" zones at various locations on Peach Hill Road from a point 170 feet east of the center line of Rolling Knoll Road to Tierra Rejada Road. Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed resolution. R. Resolution No. 88- Consider a proposed resolution approving guidelines regarding second driveways and driveway expansions. Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed resolution. Resolution No. 88- Consider a proposed resolution establishing "No Parking Any Time" zones on both sides of Cedar Springs Street within South Village. Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed resolution. T. Resolution No. 88- Consider- a proposed resolution establishing various "No Parking Any Time" and "No Stopping Any Time" zones on Collins Drive from Campus Park Drive to the Moorpark College entrance east of University Drive East. Staff Recommendation: Approve the proposed resolution. U. Resolution No. 88- Consider a proposed resolution approving the 1988 Residential Development Allotment awards.
